This project - carried out in cooperation with the BMW Group - called for concepts for a future production hall.

Production processes, methods and facilities are constantly developing and changing. Therefore, this proposal aims to completely separate the process and the physical space within which it occurs in order to provide maximum flexibility. The necessary infrastructure for a wide range of functions - body shop, logistics centre, assembly etc. - is provided via compact cores, which also support the primary structural system.

The cores can be seen are the heart and soul the future production facility providing everything that the surrounding area requires and thus enabling and even maximising the desired flexibility.
