This student residence, comprising of 50 rooms, places an emphasis on communal living spaces. On the ground level there is a wash bar - combining the social centre with the necessity of washing facilities. On the first floor residents have access to a multi-functional space, suitable for events, as well as a lounge area. The rooms themselves are organised in groups, each sharing cooking and dining spaces.
The range of communal spaces that the building provides encourages spontaneous and informal meetings through-out everyday life: eating, studying, relaxing and even performing household tasks naturally bring people together.
